How much we are Blessed

However, don’t undergo life detesting what you see within the mirror. Sometimes, we starve ourselves and need away parts of this beautiful vessel which we’ve been blessed, so we will look closer to our own idea of ‘beautiful’ – which has been manufactured and manipulated through your conditioning.

How much we are Blessed

We break down again and again, but our bones still keep us strong and standing. Our skin shields us, our legs help us move, our arms allow us to carry – yet we still manage to complain about them: the excessive fat, the scars and marks, and every one the opposite imperfections.

We wish things were different when it involves our body, but we must remember that when we’re sick, our body is there fighting for us – never abandoning. We punish our body when all it ever does is attempt to keep us alive.

Do not quickly judge and label others to mock their appearance

The most important critics in life are the voices in our heads, putting us down. And, this is often why people feel the necessity to gauge others against an equivalent benchmark they measure themselves against. If they really accepted themselves, they’d be ready to accept you too.

Take care of yourself, and the surrounded people

Take care of your body because it’s always trying to require care of you. It’ll be there till the top, doing what it can to stay you breathing. Nurture it with kindness, within the same way you would like others to be kind thereto. Set the quality.
