How to make famous Dish BIRYANI & ROGHNI NAAN

But today I will tell you how to make Pakistani Karachi famous biryani.

Ingredients:

  1.  Oil
  2. Onion
  3.  Green chili
  4.  Garlic
  5.  Red chili
  6.  GINGER
  7. Tomato
  8.  Zeera
  9.  Black pepper
  10.  Rice
  11.  Meat
  12.  Biryani masala

Procedure:

  1. First of all boil rice and put some salt in it with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Now take a separate dish and put some oil and onion (chopped).
  3. Wait till the onion become brown.
  4. Now add chili, garlic and ginger paste in it and cooked it for 3 minutes.
  5. Now add tomato chopped, meat and biryani masala in it and cook till the meat becomes cooked completely.
  6. Now take a separate dish and make a layer of that chicken paste and put a layer of boiled rice, Make 4 to 5 layers and repeat that procedure.
  7. I placed it on a light burner for 10 minutes. And serve it with your favorite drinks.

MAKING ROGHNI NAAN:

  1. Corn flour.
  2.  Soda
  3.  Salt
  4. Tills

Take cornflour, add soda, salt, and tills in it, and mix them perfectly. Make small balls of these mixtures as per need. Roll down that balls and bake a slice of bread.

Warm the oven at 50 to 60°C and place that flour in it. Baked it for 10 to 20 minutes the ROGHNI naan are ready to serve with tour favorite CHATNI.
